Congratulations on completing the maturity stage course. Reaching maturity is something to celebrate. Your ministry has experienced God’s faithfulness, developed valuable strengths and built a foundation for lasting impact.

But maturity is not the finish line.

A mature ministry is one that continues to:

• Steward what God has entrusted.
• Develop people who can carry the mission forward.
• Protect its culture and spiritual health.
• Remain alert to complacency and mission drift.
• Continually renew itself for the sake of Kingdom impact.

Jesus prepared His disciples to continue His mission after He was gone. In the same way, mature leaders recognise that lasting Kingdom impact is measured not simply by what they accomplish, but by what they faithfully entrust to others.
