The four facets of a healthy organisation

Foundation: a healthy organisation means every member functioning properly, and this applies to all Christian organisations and churches across denominations.
The centre (first circle) is Christ Himself: Jesus must be at the centre, union with Christ is the fundamental reality, lived daily in all ministry and work, as taught in John 15—apart from Him we can do nothing and everything revolves around Him.
The second circle is every member connected to Christ: not only leaders or spiritual ones, but everyone walking in union with Christ, depending on Him, and serving from His indwelling life, with the vision of whole staffs or churches living this reality for world impact.
The role of leaders is not merely organising activities, but shaping a culture where everyone is connected to Christ, cultivating a Christ-centred life in the organisation.
Functioning properly goes beyond doing jobs well and is defined by growing in God and serving each other through loving God, loving neighbours, teamwork, care, kindness, communication, and mutual support.
Functioning properly also includes building each other by taking ownership of the whole organisation, helping others grow and succeed, becoming a true learning organisation, and creating a culture of generational succession where older builds younger and leadership succession becomes natural.
Functioning properly includes fulfilling divine calling by working with purpose, vision, and calling from God, with everyone in the right place, rooted in Christ’s life and moving toward His purposes; a healthy Christian organisation flows from Christ’s indwelling life and is marked by loving God, serving one another, building across generations, and living out divine calling.
