    Reflection and prayer: God’s vision for your organisation

    What is God’s vision for your organisation? That it be merely a set of well-run ministry activities? Or that the people in your organisation are doing well – the right people in the right places, loving God, loving one another, and serving together well in effective work?

    What has been your focus in leading the organisation? To keep the organisational “machinery” running well? Or to build the lives of the people in the organisation?

    Please pray that God will give you His heart, His vision and His enabling to do His work well.
