Yes? – Take it out and have a look at it. As you review it honestly ask yourself the following questions:

• Is it accessible? Is it easy to quickly go through? The longer a strategic plan, the more difficult it is to implement it in your day-to-day work and the harder it is for stakeholders to engage with it.
• Is it easily understandable? If someone outside your organisation were to review it would they be able to quickly understand your plan?
• Is it actionable? Does it guide your day-to-day decision-making? If your activities are not linked to your plan, then your plan may need review.
