What are the key strategic priorities for your organisation? In other words, what key things must be done to enable you to achieve your mission?

Tip: We recommend setting strategic priorities for at least three years. This gives your organisation enough time to put them into practice and assess their impact.

Keep your list to 3–5 strategic priorities. Fewer helps maintain focus, while more than five can spread your efforts too thin.
