The well-being of a leader
A course by Delphine Fanfon
In this course we’ll explore what it means to truly thrive as a leader — spiritually, emotionally, relationally, mentally and physically. We’ll look at the beliefs and leadership patterns that can contribute to burnout, recognise the warning signs of declining wellbeing, and explore practical rhythms that can help leaders remain healthy and effective.
Most importantly, we’ll consider why leader wellbeing is not a luxury or a distraction from the mission. The health of a leader has a ripple effect on their family, their team, their organisation and the people they are called to serve.
