    Creating a culture of care

Healthy organisations need more than healthy individual leaders. They need systems and cultures that make healthy leadership possible.

That might mean creating space for feedback, building accountability into leadership structures, encouraging leaders to take rest seriously, ensuring boards actively care for senior leaders, and making wellbeing part of the conversation before someone reaches crisis point.

The goal isn't to create leaders who never struggle, never feel pressure or never get tired. It is to create leaders and organisations that recognise those realities early, respond to them honestly and build a way of leading that can be sustained.
