Let’s review our simple definition of leadership:
A leader helps people move from where they are now to somewhere else.
And a godly leader will help people move to a better place for the purposes of God.
Thus, leadership means movement.
But why should people follow the leader? What is the basis of the legitimacy of his or her leadership?
