Positional and expert power

Let’s learn more from Malcolm on the leader’s power, specifically the positional and expert power.

Positional power -“God has appointed me as the leader therefore you have to follow me.”
Good in some instances in Christian leadership, law enforcement, school teachers, etc.
Matt 23;6-8
Pharisees applied this leadership — they loved being honoured, acknowledged and in charge.
Expert Power - “I am the most qualified for this task, therefore people should follow me,” it's based on the person and not the task.
