Summary of progress

The impact evaluation work is complete: you designed an impact framework, gathered qualitative data inside the triangle (believe, become, love), and quantitative survey data outside the triangle (know, do, feel), and analysed all the data.
This work matters because impact is the value proposition of your program or organisation—why you invest time, energy, resources, and people to make a difference in lives.
Evaluating impact is both critical and a privilege, as it allows you to see how God is working in people’s hearts and lives, celebrate the fruit, and communicate it to participants, teams, and supporters.
Impact evaluation serves two purposes: to prove the impact by celebrating what is working, and to improve the impact by identifying gaps, growth areas, and opportunities to redesign or strengthen the program.
With both qualitative and quantitative data in hand, the next steps are to identify themes and findings, develop responses to those findings, communicate them to a wider audience, and embed habits of evaluation into the organisation.
