• Are you growing and serving in your local church?
• Are you taking responsibility to help others in the church family to move to a better place in the purposes of God?
• Is there anything that needs to change?

Workplace

• If your role in the workplace is a leadership role, have you actually been functioning as a leader?
• Have you been helping others to move to better places in God’s purposes for them?

• Identify good and bad leaders you have known. What made them bad or good, given the definition of leadership?
