The indicator steps helps us answer the question, “How would you know?”
We are using the Heart Triangle™ to identify indicators. Set aside about 10 minutes to take each of your impact statements and break them into their outside and inside-triangle parts.
We will get data on the inside-triangle indicators through qualitative means. At this point, you don’t need to think about how you will get data. This step is focused simply on identifying the indicators.
