As we prepare to discuss when and how to assess your organisation’s identity & communications, let’s first align on the process we’ve followed to be ready for assessment.
Once an organisation has gained clarity around its identity and has created a plan to communicate about itself to its audience, it’s important to measure the effectiveness of its identity and communications. This brings us to step 5 in our process: Assessing Your Identity & Communication.
In this course, we’ll discuss why it’s important to actively measure how your organisation is performing against its goal, how often to check in, and methods for assessing your performance. These include analysing your organisation’s identity through research such as audits, interviews, and surveys, as well as identifying and measuring KPIs (or Key Performance Indicators) associated with your communication efforts.
