    Where do you see the 5C’s in the Bible?

    According to the 5C Model, a healthy Christian leader:

    • knows God;
    • was formed and lives in a supportive and accountable community;
    • has integrity;
    • knows the purpose of God and presents it with credibility, clarity and passion;
    • has the necessary thinking and acting capacities to lead the people in the accomplishment of this purpose;
    • and is continually growing in all five areas.

    We must be strong in all five areas – Christ, Community, Character, Calling and Competencies.

    Please identify at least one passage of Scripture for each of the 5Cs. Your passages should demonstrate that each one is critical for a leader.
