A transformational goal requires a transformational process, as seen in how God builds leaders and how Jesus built the Twelve.
This process includes four dynamics of transformation: spiritual, relational, experiential, and instructional.
Using all four dynamics intentionally builds healthy leaders who can change lives, organisations, and nations.
