Stewarding the mission requires, among other things, that the board:
- Ensure that the ministry programs and strategies are aligned with the mission
- That the board is diligent and alert to the possibility of mission drift
- And that they closely monitor mission progress

How do you ensure that the organisation is keeping in step with its mission?
Who is cultivating the mission?
How are you protecting the mission of your organisation?
How are you monitoring and measuring mission progress?
