Did your overall evaluation surprise you? If so, why?

Was your overall evaluation consistent with what you believe is God’s calling on your life? If not, why not?

When you evaluated yourself, you did so for your behavior in one particular organisation of which you are a part. If you evaluated yourself for your behavior in another organisation, do you think your overall evaluation would have been different? What can you learn from this?

When you have the opportunity, please discuss your overall evaluation with others in your organisation, and also with people you know – your spouse, co-workers, superiors, subordinates, etc. Give them the opportunity to affirm or deny the validity of your own self-evaluation.
