- Leaders help people move from where they are to where they need to be.
- Without leadership, people are like sheep without a shepherd (Num 27:15–17; Matt 9:35–38).
- Good leaders guide people toward God’s purposes.
- Bad leaders can lead people into worse situations.
- Some pastors care well but do not lead their churches forward, causing them to remain stagnant.
Great leadership is rare:
- Many leaders are not truly called.
- Some are called but not equipped or healthy.
- Many are focused on present demands, not the future.
True leaders build bridges:
- From present to future
- From potential to purpose
- From vision to reality
- From anticipation to fulfilment
- People grow and move forward when leaders guide them there.
