It’s important to have confidence in your organisation’s identity prior to developing creative ways to tell people about it.
Below is the process we will follow. My goal is that by completing the courses in this dimension, you will gain a clearly defined identity that guides all your communication, as well as tools and insights for communicating well and assessing your communication.
