Personal reflection: Indicators of an open heart

How open is your heart to learning and change? Take a few minutes to be honest with yourself as you reflect on the statements below. They are intended to help identify attitudes towards money that may need your correction. Are any of these true for you?

As you go through these, if you notice your heart is not open to change, won’t you pause this course and take some time to address your heart first. Continue when your heart is open and ready for a fresh perspective on money.

Statement: I feel better about myself when I have more money in my account or when I look at all my possessions.

Statement: Whenever money comes up in my conversations with others I feel tense or anxious.

Statement: Giving to others is not something I do because I don't have much money available.

Statement: I will only be happy when I have more money.

Statement: It's ok for me to keep some of my organisations money for myself now and then.

Statement: Making sure my team are well cared for financially is not a priority for me.
