"Bringing someone into your ministry team is more than filling a position—it’s joining God in placing the right person in the right role for His purposes. In Luke 6:12-13, Jesus spent an entire night in prayer before choosing the twelve apostles. This was not an HR formality—it was a sacred decision. In the same way, our recruitment process must be covered in prayer, guided by Scripture, and supported by clear, thoughtful steps. This course will help you create a hiring process that honours God, protects your mission, and blesses your people.

Welcoming new team members is more than a process—it’s a spiritual practice. This course equips you as leaders to prepare the way for new hires with excellence, biblical hospitality, and intentional care. You’ll explore how pre-boarding and onboarding can reflect the love of Christ, strengthen mission alignment, and foster deep belonging.

This course equips ministry leaders to strengthen both individuals and teams for effective service in God’s mission. You will learn how to develop people’s skills and grow team unity by clarifying roles, understanding spiritual gifts, and practicing servant leadership. Through biblical teaching and practical tools, you will build a culture of trust, accountability, and growth. The course also guides you multiply new leaders who will continue God’s work.

Policies are often seen as red tape — something to file away in a cabinet until an issue arises. But in ministry, policies are far more than a formality. They are a tangible way to protect people, steward resources, and keep the mission on track. A well-crafted policy is both a spiritual and practical tool — rooted in Scripture, shaped by best practices, and designed for real-world application.
In this course, you’ll learn how to create policies that do more than “tick compliance boxes.” You’ll walk through an eight-step process — from praying for wisdom and identifying a need, to aligning with biblical principles, researching, drafting, and communicating the policy. You’ll also explore the essential structure every complete policy should have, including a clear purpose, scope, biblical foundation, and implementation procedures.
